Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the private Home Assistant Nest integration described on chrisgowlett.uk.
Purpose
The integration is used solely for personal smart-home purposes to connect my own Google Nest devices with my Home Assistant installation.
Google user data
The integration accesses Google and Nest data authorised by the Google account used to connect the devices. This data is used only to provide smart-home device status, monitoring, control and automation within Home Assistant.
Storage
Relevant device information and authentication data may be stored by the Home Assistant installation as necessary to maintain the integration and provide its smart-home functionality.
Sharing
Google user data obtained through this integration is not sold, rented, used for advertising or provided to third parties for commercial purposes.
Access and revocation
Access can be revoked at any time through the connected Google account or by removing the Nest integration from Home Assistant.
